As a Management Assistant at PwC, you will support an average of 2 partners and 3 directors, providing comprehensive secretarial, administrative, and organizational assistance. You will be a crucial sparring partner, understanding client relationships and maintaining contact. Responsibilities include managing agendas and partner mailboxes, monitoring appointment progress, preparing meetings, and organizing business trips, social events, and team activities, both nationally and internationally.
Must have:
  • Support an average of 2 partners and 3 directors.
  • Responsible for overall secretarial, administrative, and organizational support.
  • Act as a sparring partner for stakeholders.
  • Manage agendas and partner mailboxes.
  • Monitor appointment progress, prepare meetings, and distribute agendas.
  • Organize business trips, social events, and team activities (internal, external, national, international).
  • HBO work and thinking level with demonstrable relevant work experience.
  • Tech savvy with good knowledge of Microsoft 365, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Excellent command of Dutch and English, both orally and in writing.
  • Willingness to work at least 32 hours per week.

Management Assistant

This is what you will do

As a Management Assistant at PwC, you will support an average of 2 partners and 3 directors. You are responsible for the overall secretarial, administrative, and organizational support for these partners and directors. The most essential aspect of your job is that you are the sparring partner your stakeholders can rely on. You know exactly which clients your partner serves, you know the relationships, and you maintain contact with the client. Furthermore, you will be involved in the following activities:

  • You manage the agenda and, for the partner, also the mailbox. Can you handle it yourself? Or do you outsource the work? That's entirely up to you;
  • Monitoring the progress of appointments, preparing meetings, collecting agenda items, and ensuring their distribution;
  • Organizing business trips, social events, and team activities where you will, of course, also be present, both internally and externally, nationally and internationally.

You are an experienced Management Assistant and ready for a new challenge at a renowned company. You enjoy working independently and very proactively. You are able to maintain a helicopter view in a busy and complex work environment. In addition, you are very customer and quality-oriented, and entrepreneurship, organizational sensitivity, and listening skills are important qualities for you. Finally, you meet the following requirements:

  • You have an HBO work and thinking level with demonstrable relevant work experience;
  • You are tech savvy and have good knowledge of Microsoft 365, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint;
  • You have an excellent command of the Dutch and English language, both orally and in writing;
  • You want to work at least 32 hours per week;
