Job Description

As a Manager, Digital Design at Workato, you'll lead the design of our digital products and experiences. You'll be responsible for defining and executing our design strategy, ensuring a consistent and intuitive user experience across all platforms. Your role will involve collaborating with cross-functional teams, including product managers, engineers, and marketing, to bring compelling design solutions to life. You'll also mentor and guide a team of designers, fostering a culture of creativity and innovation.

Must have:

Proven experience in leading and managing design teams.
Deep understanding of user experience principles and best practices.
Strong portfolio showcasing successful design projects.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

Good to have:

Experience in the integration and automation space.
Familiarity with low-code/no-code platforms.
Experience working in a fast-paced, agile environment.
