How we LEAD:
As a key member of the Supply Chain Operations team, reporting to the Director, Global Release Management, this role manages release plans by translating internal guidelines into actionable project steps. This position is responsible for managing project schedules, ensuring stakeholder alignment, and resolving issues to secure on-time and accurate delivery of titles and formats.
How you’ll CREATE:
- Handle high-volume release plans for multiple titles and formats, ensuring on-time delivery.
- Manage project schedules and milestones by aligning stakeholders and proactively resolving production issues.
- Communicate and escalate high-risk potential order problems to management.
- Serve as the key point of contact for labels, suppliers, customer service, finance, logistics and other internal teams.
- Participate in release management meetings with labels, suppliers, customer service, and international teams.
- Enter bill of materials and orders, ensuring data accuracy and compliance with pricing standards.
- Provide visibility through reporting of releases for labels, management, and internal purposes.
- Maintain and regularly update internal databases and tracking systems.

- Proficiency with Microsoft Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Experience with SAP/S4 is a plus.
- Background in manufacturing, purchasing or supply chain operations is beneficial but not required.
