Position Summary
We are looking for a Marketing Analyst to join our Marketing Analytics team and help shape data-driven decisions that fuel our growth.
In this role, you will analyze large-scale data, uncover trends, and provide strategic insights to optimize user acquisition efforts and marketing performance across our games. Your work will directly influence decisions around marketing strategy, budget allocation, and game optimization.
Key Responsibilities:
- Analyze and monitor UA performance to support budget allocation and campaign optimization
- Deliver insights on game profitability, player behavior, and feature impact
- Design and execute A/B tests, statistical analysis, and data exploration
- Build and maintain BI dashboards and reports (e.g., LTV, ROI projections, user funnel metrics)
- Translate business questions into structured analysis with clear metrics and success criteria
- Serve as an analytical focal point for the marketing team, proactively identifying gaps, trends, or opportunities
- Collaborate with user acquisition managers, creative teams, game studios, and other stakeholders to align data with business goals
Requirements:
- At least 2+ years of experience as an analyst in data-driven organizations – must.
- BA in Industrial Engineering, Economics, Statistics, or a similar quantitative field.
- Experience in big data environments, preferably in the gaming, media, internet, or telecom industries.
- Good understanding of online marketing metrics and user acquisition KPIs (such as LTV, ROI, CPI, retention).
- Hands-on experience in SQL and Excel – mandatory.
- Experience in data mining, A/B testing, analysis, and problem-solving.
- Experience working with BI tools (such as Tableau, Looker, Power BI).
- Strong analytical skills and ability to work independently.
