Marketing Automation Specialist
Shift: General Shift
Job responsibilities:
- Build, execute, and manage global integrated campaigns and workflows utilising our marketing technology stack; such as Eloqua, BrightTALK, ContentStack, Cvent, Terminus, Salesforce. Campaigns can include emails, webinars, newsletters, nurture
- Create segments for global marketing campaigns based on criteria defined by our buyer personas.
- Develops ongoing nurture campaigns to support all stages of sales-marketing funnel.
- Collaborate with regional events manager to assist in creating and managing event campaign process from start to finish, as well as provide on the day support for our annual Morningstar Investment Conference
- Serve as the conduit between global and regional teams, facilitating the exchange of shared learnings, performance benchmarks, and innovation in marketing operations.
- Champion the adoption of global best practices in campaign execution, lead management, and data hygiene across APAC marketing teams.
- Lead regional training and enablement sessions to upskill local marketers on marketing automation global processes, tools, and governance.
- Monitor regional compliance with global data privacy and marketing regulations, ensuring campaigns meet both global and local standards.
- Analyse campaign performance to identify key drivers of high engagement and offer recommendations on optimisation
- Occasionally present to marketing/sales on any new marketing operations initiatives or campaign metrics.
- Schedule regional social media posts using social media scheduling tool.
Qualifications:
- +3 years of hands-on marketing automation experience in Eloqua, ideally. (Eloqua certification preferred but equivalent experience with a similar platform will be given equal consideration.)
- Fluent in English
- Additional experience with web-page authoring tools or webinar hosting platforms a plus but not necessary
- Proven ability to translate marketing use cases into well-designed campaign workflows.
- Demonstrate communication (verbal and written) skills, analytical, problem solving and teamwork skills.
- Skilled in problem solving, time management and project management.
- Self-starter and committed to driving operational excellence.
- Must be data-driven and understand how to translate marketing metrics into opportunities for action.
- Meticulous attention to detail, process-improvement mindset.
- Ability to balance priorities across multiple projects with multiple stakeholders.
- Experience in collaborating with global teams (preferably)
