Job Description

Onward Search is seeking a Marketing Manager for an onsite, full-time role in Los Angeles, California, with a legal industry client. This position involves managing traditional and digital marketing initiatives to enhance brand visibility and engagement. Key responsibilities include executing strategic campaigns, overseeing content development, managing budgets, and representing the brand at industry events. The role requires a minimum of 2 years of marketing management experience.
Must have:
  • Develop and oversee traditional and digital marketing campaigns and branding initiatives.
  • Execute strategic email, direct mail, and social media campaigns.
  • Manage organic campaigns across Meta (Facebook, Instagram) and LinkedIn.
  • Represent the brand in person at tradeshows, conferences, and community events.
  • Develop and manage marketing budgets.
  • Lead internal branding projects.
  • Source, manage, and collaborate with internal and external vendors.
  • Analyze campaign performance and provide actionable insights.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in a marketing management role.
  • Strong foundation in traditional marketing and brand strategy.
  • Hands-on experience managing social media campaigns on Meta and LinkedIn Ads.
  • Ability to build and execute customer journeys across B2B, B2C, and referral ecosystems.
  • Experience managing day-to-day B2B and B2C marketing campaigns focused on generating referrals.
  • Skilled at using analytics tools to monitor campaign performance.

  • Experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Pardot, or Constant Contact.

Job Details

In this role, you’ll manage a variety of traditional and digital marketing initiatives designed to boost brand visibility and engagement. You’ll play a key part in executing strategic campaigns, overseeing content development, managing budgets, and representing the brand at industry events. This is a full-time role requiring 5 days a week onsite for the first 90 days, with a flexible schedule to follow.

Marketing Manager Responsibilities:

  • Develop and oversee multiple concurrent traditional and digital marketing campaigns and branding initiatives.
  • Execute strategic email, direct mail, and social media campaigns to increase brand visibility and engagement.
  • Manage organic campaigns across Meta (Facebook, Instagram) and LinkedIn, aligning content with audience segmentation and business goals.
  • Represent the brand in person at tradeshows, conferences, and community events.
  • Develop and manage marketing budgets.
  • Lead internal branding projects that reinforce company culture and values.
  • Source, manage, and collaborate with internal and external vendors to support marketing execution.
  • Analyze campaign performance and provide actionable insights to optimize results across channels.

Marketing Manager Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in a marketing management role.
  • Strong foundation in traditional marketing and brand strategy.
  • Hands-on experience managing social media campaigns on Meta (Facebook/Instagram) and LinkedIn Ads.
  • Ability to build and execute customer journeys across B2B, B2C, and referral ecosystems.
  • Ability to shift quickly between tasks, meet tight deadlines, and maintain high attention to detail.
  • Experience managing day-to-day B2B and B2C marketing campaigns focused on generating referrals from clients, providers, and colleagues.
  • Skilled at using analytics tools to monitor campaign performance and adjust strategies accordingly.
  • Experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Pardot, or Constant Contact is strongly preferred.
  • Ability to adapt and perform effectively under pressure and through significant change.
