Job Summary
Job Description
The MFG Production Leader is responsible for overseeing production safety, quality, and on-site management for their team. Key duties include conducting employee training, analyzing and tracking performance metrics like PPM and OEE, and supporting continuous improvement initiatives, especially those focused on cost reduction. The role ensures production process effectiveness through regular audits and minimizes quality issues. Additionally, the leader is tasked with efficient resource allocation to prevent production delays and failures.
Must have:
- Fully responsible for production safety, quality management, and on-site management.
- Responsible for basic training and other retraining for all employees.
- Support analysis and tracking of unmet PPM and OEE targets.
- Support on-site continuous improvement teams, including cost reduction improvements.
- Ensure PPM and external quality complaints are minimized through on-site management.
- Ensure the effectiveness of production processes and conduct regular audits.
- Reasonably arrange production resources to ensure no failures or delays.
