Job Description

The Microsoft Programs Manager will be responsible for creating and executing strategies to increase investments, incentives, and profitability through various Microsoft earning programs. This role involves leading efforts to drive key initiatives within Microsoft Programs and building strong relationships with sales and services teams. The position requires developing program strategies, guiding business case development, and influencing stakeholders to achieve expected customer and business results. The manager will also advise sales and support on Microsoft program utilization and cost support programs, as well as develop and execute sales strategies to grow Microsoft Program consumption across different markets.

Must have:

BA/BS degree in business, IT, or marketing preferred
6+ years of relevant experience, including management
Understanding of Microsoft Partner Landscape
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Professional, business-focused attitude
Ability to meet aggressive deadlines
Analytical and problem-solving skills
Experience managing cross-team initiatives
Experience in Microsoft Cloud & AI ecosystem

Position Overview:

The Microsoft Programs Manager will create the strategy and drive execution steps needed aligned to our overall strategy to increase investments, incentives, and profitability through Microsoft various earning programs.

This role will lead the efforts and team that has an overall focus on driving key initiatives in the Microsoft Programs. This key role will require developing exceptionally strong and transparent working relationships with the sales and services teams in Zones to deliver expected customer and business results. The role requires an ability to drive business impact through influence with the ability to identify and scope programs and guide supporting business case development.

Create and execute strategy to increase profitability, investments, and incentives from Microsoft programs.
Drive Program Utilization: Microsoft Modern Work & Security Funding, Azure AMM, OSU, PAL, PLSR, ECIF, Azure Lighthouse, M365 Lighthouse, MCI
Identify target Azure workloads & areas to Drive Azure Consumption
Creates unique strategies, and advice process to leverage Microsoft programs.
Increases earnings through Microsoft programs with greater touch points.
Advises Sales and Support regarding Microsoft program utilization and available cost support programs; oversees administration and application of programs.
Develop sales pipeline and execute sales strategies to grow Microsoft Program consumption throughout vertical markets.
Partners with Sales and Sales Leadership to effectively apply programs and registration based on business opportunities.
Maintains Microsoft program and Zones process expertise.
Executes specific key strategies and initiatives as directed by PPM leadership.
Developing Microsoft Commerce Incentive program strategy to ensure technical workshops to drive more business.
Meet and exceed investment & incentive targets and performance metrics
Weekly update/reporting to Sr. Management on progress/KPIs

What you will bring to the team:

BA/BS degree in business administration, information technology, marketing or related field preferred and 6+ years of relevant experience, including management experience.
Understanding of Microsoft Partner Landscape, Program Utilization Processes, and Microsoft cloud licensing/technologies
Excellent written, presentation, and verbal communication skills including demonstrated experience presenting Azure-focused technology recommendations from a business perspective
Understanding of the industry, market, customers, competitors, suppliers, partners and capabilities of the business
Professional, business-focused attitude and courteous manner towards clients, partners, and peers
Ability to meet aggressive deadlines
Analytical with excellent problem-solving skills
Highly programmatic, with a proven success to manage cross team initiatives and programs
Experience in the Microsoft Cloud & AI Partner ecosystem
Microsoft Modern Work & Security / Azure fundamentals
Accurate program operation
Experience developing integrated solutions offerings and services
Experience developing new training and enablement materials and delivering training to a sales organization

Qualified candidates can expect a salary range of $100,00-$120,00
