We are looking to add a passionate and dedicated Mid/Senior Data Analyst to our team in Yerevan! 

About the role:

As a Data Analyst, you’ll be embedded in the product team and work cross-functionally to uncover insights that drive platform improvements, performance optimization, and strategic decision-making. You’ll work with both internal platform data and selected third-party intelligence to help us and our clients make smarter decisions, faster.

This is a hands-on, high-impact role where your analysis will directly influence product direction and commercial outcomes.

What You'll get to do:

• Analyze platform usage trends to identify adoption gaps, user behaviors, and feature impact.
• Build models to understand revenue drivers, affiliate performance, and commission logic.
  
• Work with product managers to define and track success metrics for new features.
  
• Develop benchmarks and dashboards to support internal decision-making and client-facing teams.
• Support experimentation, anomaly detection, and continuous improvement initiatives.

What You need to shine:

• 3+ years in a data or product analytics role (B2B, SaaS, gaming, or affiliate-related experience is a plus).
  
• Strong SQL skills and experience with BI tools (e.g., Metabase, Power BI, Tableau).
  
• Solid grasp of product metrics, funnels, cohorts, and experimentation.
  
• Comfortable working with data from multiple sources and turning it into business impact.
  
• Curious, proactive mindset with excellent communication skills.
