This Senior Account Manager role at EveryMatrix's Live Online Casino division focuses on building and maintaining long-term relationships with key B2B partners. The role involves driving revenue growth, ensuring client satisfaction across regulated and emerging markets, and acting as the main commercial contact. Responsibilities include understanding partner businesses, conducting reviews, negotiating terms, collaborating on campaigns, overseeing operations, and contributing to commercial strategy, identifying upsell opportunities, and supporting new game launches.

Must Have:
  • 4+ years in B2B Account Management within iGaming / Live Casino / Online Gaming.
  • Proven record of achieving commercial targets and growing key accounts.
  • Experience managing multiple partners in fast-paced environments with complex technical and regulatory frameworks.
  • Strong analytical mindset to interpret GGR reports, player behavior, and ROI data.
  • Excellent relationship management and negotiation skills.
  • Solid understanding of Live Casino products, player engagement features, and KPIs.
  • Exceptional communication and presentation abilities (English required).
  • Proficiency in CRM tools, dashboards, and Excel (GGR tracking, forecasting).
  • Commercially driven, strategic thinker with a hands-on attitude.
  • Confident in presenting to senior stakeholders and external partners.
  • Able to balance diplomacy with assertiveness when managing priorities or conflicts.

We are seeking a Senior Account Manager to join our growing Live Online Casino division.

About the job:

This role is central to building and maintaining long-term relationships with key B2B partners, driving revenue growth, and ensuring top-tier client satisfaction across regulated and emerging markets.

You will act as the main commercial contact for a portfolio of strategic partners, ensuring the smooth operation of Live Casino products, maximizing GGR, and identifying new opportunities for upsell, cross-sell, and product optimization.

What You'll get to do:

  • Client Relationship & Account Growth.
  • Manage a portfolio of tier-1 and strategic B2B partners across multiple markets (Europe, LatAm, Asia, etc.).
  • Develop a deep understanding of each partner’s business, player base, and KPIs to maximize mutual profitability.
  • Conduct regular business reviews, performance analyses, and strategic growth plans with each client.
  • Negotiate commercial terms, renewals, and promotional agreements aligned with company goals.
  • Collaborate with Marketing and Product teams to implement localized campaigns, tournaments, and promotional events (e.g. Lucky Card, Multiplier Roulette, Blackjack Promotions).
  • Operational Excellence Serve as the main escalation point for Live Casino performance, operational incidents, or commercial disputes.
  • Liaise with internal teams (Studio Operations, Product, CRM, Compliance, Tech) to ensure smooth delivery of games and services.
  • Oversee new partner onboarding, integration milestones, and go-live timelines.
  • Monitor daily performance reports (GGR, player volume, uptime) and take proactive actions to optimize KPIs.
  • Commercial & Strategic Input.
  • Contribute to Live Casino commercial strategy - pricing, game rollout plans, and market prioritization.
  • Identify upsell opportunities: dedicated tables, local-language studios, branded environments, or feature exclusives.
  • Support the launch of new games, tables, and product features - ensuring client awareness and early adoption.
  • Provide structured feedback from clients to Product and Operations teams for continuous improvement.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Experience 4+ years in B2B Account Management within iGaming / Live Casino / Online Gaming.
  • Proven record of achieving commercial targets and growing key accounts.
  • Experience managing multiple partners in fast-paced environments with complex technical and regulatory frameworks.
  • Skills Strong analytical mindset - able to interpret GGR reports, player behavior, and ROI data.
  • Excellent relationship management and negotiation skills.
  • Solid understanding of Live Casino products, player engagement features, and KPIs (rounds/hour, table utilization, RTP, network vs. dedicated tables).
  • Exceptional communication and presentation abilities (English required; additional languages a plus).
  • Proficiency in CRM tools, dashboards, and Excel (GGR tracking, forecasting).
  • Personality Commercially driven, strategic thinker with hands-on attitude.
  • Confident in presenting to senior stakeholders and external partners.
  • Able to balance diplomacy with assertiveness when managing priorities or conflicts.
