Job Description

N-iX is a global software solutions and engineering services company looking for a Middle Project Manager. This role involves managing the full project lifecycle, coordinating cross-functional teams, ensuring project goals are met within scope, time, and budget, and acting as the primary client contact. Responsibilities also include monitoring progress, managing risks, facilitating Agile ceremonies, and fostering continuous improvement within the team and processes.
Must have:
  • Manage the full project lifecycle: from initiation and planning through execution, delivery, and closure.
  • Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure successful project outcomes.
  • Ensure project goals are met within scope, time, and budget constraints.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for clients and internal stakeholders.
  • Monitor and control project progress, risks, and issues; implement mitigation strategies.
  • Facilitate Agile ceremonies: sprint planning, daily stand-ups, retrospectives, and reviews.
  • Manage changes in project scope, schedule, and costs using appropriate verification techniques.
  • Ensure project documentation is maintained and up to date.
  • Foster continuous improvement within the team and processes.
  • Participate in the recruitment process: conduct interviews, assess candidates for PM-related roles, and support team growth planning.
Good to have:
  • Technical background (e.g., prior experience as a developer, QA, or business analyst).
  • Understanding of cloud service providers and cloud architecture principles (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP).
  • Relevant certifications (e.g., PMI-PMP, PMI-ACP, PRINCE2, Certified Scrum Master (CSM), SAFe).
  • Experience working in both product and service companies is a plus.

N-iX is looking for a Middle Project Manager to join our team.

Requirements:

  • At least 3-4 years of experience in IT Project Management.
  • Proven experience managing Fixed Price projects end-to-end.
  • Strong results-oriented mindset with a proactive, hands-on approach to solving problems.
  • Deep understanding and practical experience with Agile methodologies, especially Scrum.
  • Strong experience in risk management: identification, analysis, and mitigation planning.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects of varying complexity in parallel.
  • Upper Intermediate English.
  • Advanced or higher Ukrainian language.

Nice to have:
