Job Description

The Occupational Physician (H/F) will be responsible for the employees of the PwC headquarters. They will be accompanied by a team of three occupational health nurses, whom they will manage, and will work closely with various actors involved in occupational health (social worker, psychologist). The role involves ensuring the medical follow-up of employees, studying work situations, advising on occupational health, evaluating and preventing professional risks, and proposing necessary adjustments. The physician will also lead occupational health actions, advise management and employees, participate in CSEs, and contribute to defining the service project and priorities for collective and/or individual actions. They will also participate in the traceability of occupational exposures and health monitoring.
Must have:
  • Medical Doctor registered with the Ordre des Médecins.
  • Specialization in occupational medicine (CES, DES) or equivalent.
  • Leadership skills.
  • Organizational skills.
  • Teamwork abilities.
  • Communication skills.

Job Description & Summary
Rattaché-e à la Direction des Affaires Sociales, le Médecin du Travail H/F prend en charge les salariés du siège de PwC. Il-Elle est accompagné-e par une équipe de trois infirmières en santé au travail qu’il manage, et travaille en étroite collaboration avec différents acteurs impliqués dans la santé au travail (assistante sociale, psychologue).

Ce que vous pouvez attendre de nous :

  • Assurer le suivi médical des salariés avec l'aide des infirmières en santé au travail ;

  • Etudier les situations de travail et apporter son conseil dans le domaine de la santé au travail, de l'évaluation et de la prévention des risques professionnels, et proposer les aménagements nécessaires le cas échéant ;

  • Conduire des actions en santé au travail dans le but de préserver la santé physique et mentale des salariés tout au long de leur parcours professionnel ;

  • Conseiller la direction, les salariés ou leurs représentants sur les dispositions et mesures nécessaires afin d'éviter ou de diminuer les risques professionnels et d'améliorer les conditions de travail ;

  • Participer aux CSE ;

  • Contribuer à la définition du projet de service et des priorités d'actions collectives et/ou individuelles,

  • Participer à la traçabilité des expositions professionnelles et à la veille sanitaire (dossier médical informatisé, …)

Poste en CDI à temps complet.

Ce que nous pouvons attendre de vous :

Médecin H/F inscrit-e au Conseil National de l'Ordre des Médecins, le-la candidat-e est titulaire d'une spécialisation en médecine du travail (CES, DES) en France ou d'un titre ou diplôme étranger reconnu équivalent.

Il-Elle souhaite travailler au sein d'une équipe à taille humaine et dynamique, en assurant une bonne gestion de l’équipe, en accompagnant et aidant l’équipe dans l’organisation de diverses tâches.
