The Office Intern assists with general office activities such as research, data entry, filing, and general coordination. Responsibilities include answering phones, directing calls, and providing company information; overseeing mail and couriers; performing clerical duties, maintaining files, and organizing documents; assisting in preparing research materials and creating presentations; taking notes and typing documents; managing databases and inputting information; researching company industry position; setting up and maintaining conference rooms; attending company functions; and shadowing various office positions. The role requires basic computer knowledge and Microsoft application skills.
