The Operations Analyst at Hogarth plays a vital role in the Operations teams, ensuring effective teamwork, communication, and initiative in managing processes. The analyst will handle project management methodologies, strategic planning, and multitasking, providing professional delivery. Key responsibilities include assisting in process surveys, developing internal reports, analyzing data, guiding teams on project management tools, configuring data in the Jira platform, participating in internal projects, and supporting Hogarth Brazil tools. This role requires strong communication skills, customer focus, and the ability to prioritize demands.
Must have:
  • Advanced English Level.
  • Experience in similar roles.
  • Experience with project management and strategic planning.
  • Microsoft Office 365 knowledge.
  • Jira or Skills Workflow knowledge.
  • Graphic design tools knowledge.
Good to have:
  • Experience with Power BI.
  • AI enthusiast.

What does an Operations Analyst do at Hogarth? 

The Operations  Analyst plays a vital role inside the Operations teams, by providing great teamwork, communication, initiative, and the ability to manage processes. The Analyst feels comfortable with project management methodologies, strategic planning, and multitasking, will provide impeccable professional delivery in their role and build strong relationships with different teams, whilst developing new skills. 

Key Areas of Responsibility 

  • Assist in the processes survey, conducting interviews with the areas for the basic design of inherent flows.
  • Develop internal reports.
  • Analyse data and information to identify business opportunities.
  • Guide and support teams regarding the company's project management tools.
  • Configure data and information inside the Jira platform to be used in Project Management.
  • Acting on internal projects of the operations team and/or helping in Hogarth Brazil projects to improve the work from a general point for all on Hogarth Brazil.
  • Carry out support services of the Hogarth Brazil tools of work on a daily basis.
  • Assist on the process of entries or exits of employees on Hogarth Brazil.
  • Develop documents for internal team training.

 

Technical Skills

  • Advanced English Level.
  • Previous work experience in similar roles.
  • Experience with project management methodologies and strategic planning.
  • Microsoft Office 365 knowledge.
  • Jira or Skills Workflow knowledge.
  • Graphic design tools knowledge.
  • Good to have: Experience with Power BI.
  • AI enthusiast, championing best practices and the latest market innovations.

This role reports to Operations Manager.

You will work closely with all Operations roles, HR team and members of Hogarth Brazil as a hole for the support on tools and training.

You will be working with clients as an Operations Business Partner, providing extensive support and customised solutions.
