Job Description

As part of the InPost group, a leader in out-of-home delivery in Europe, Mondial Relay handles 197 million parcels annually. This role, within the Data & Controlling Operations team, focuses on leveraging data to optimize logistics. Key missions include managing data products, performing complex analyses, creating KPIs and analytical models, and designing Power BI reports and dashboards to support operational decision-making.
Good To Have:
  • Knowledge of the logistics and e-commerce sector appreciated.
  • Bonus: experience in data modeling and flow design with cloud tools (GCP, AWS, Databricks).
Must Have:
  • Data product management: backlog management, participation in cross-functional projects with Data Engineers and Data Scientists.
  • Analysis & modeling: autonomous complex analyses (framing, extraction, processing, restitution), creation of KPIs, analytical models, and steering tools.
  • Reporting & data visualization: design Power BI reports and dashboards, automate data flows and reporting processes, support business teams.
  • Confirmed experience (3-5 years minimum) in a similar position.
  • Proficiency in Power BI, SQL, Python (PySpark), and advanced Excel tools (Power Query, VBA, Forms…).
  • Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and synthesis skills.
  • Comfortable in an international environment (fluent English level required).

Job Description

We place data at the heart of our decisions to optimize our logistics operations in a rapidly transforming context.

Within the Data & Controlling Operations team, you will play a central role in the exploitation and valorization of data, supporting operational services.

Your missions:

  • Data product management: Management of the product backlog in line with business needs, participation in cross-functional projects of the department in collaboration with Data Engineers and Data Scientists teams.
  • Analysis & modeling: Autonomous execution of complex analyses (framing, extraction, processing, restitution), creation of KPIs, analytical models, and steering tools for activity optimization, while ensuring the reliability and availability of operational indicators.
  • Reporting & data visualization: Design of reports and dashboards on Power BI to aid decision-making, automation of data flows and reporting processes, in addition to supporting business teams in building their analytical tools.

Qualifications

  • Confirmed experience (3-5 years minimum) in a similar position.
  • Proficiency in Power BI, SQL, Python (PySpark), and advanced Excel tools (Power Query, VBA, Forms…).
  • Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and synthesis skills.
