The Operations Manager will drive operational excellence and successful delivery of iGaming products. Responsibilities include managing daily operations of game release and partner support, working with stakeholders to ensure on-time launches and issue resolution, overseeing game configurations, identifying optimization strategies, demonstrating a deep understanding of game design and testing, serving as escalated support, collaborating on projects, acting as a liaison between teams and partners, and serving as the key contact for regulatory testing. The role requires leading cross-functional teams, navigating a fast-paced environment, and excellent communication skills.
