Fi is a new-age money management app designed to simplify financial life, offering savings, payments, investments, and borrowing. This role seeks an Operations Manager to scale and manage the lending sales engine, focusing on data, channel operations, and sales execution. The manager will oversee lending sales channels, including DSAs and outcall agents, set targets, monitor performance, own reporting, and collaborate with internal teams. Responsibilities include onboarding and training, identifying process gaps, and driving initiatives to improve productivity and conversion. The ideal candidate needs strong analytical skills, experience with sales operations, channel management, or inside sales operations, and hands-on experience with DSAs or outbound sales channels. Fintech, lending, or BFSI experience is a plus.

We’re looking for an Operations Manager to help scale and manage our lending sales engine. This is a high-impact role at the intersection of data, channel operations, and on-ground sales execution. The ideal candidate will be comfortable working with data, managing DSA relationships, and driving performance through outcall agents.

What You'll Do:
-Manage end-to-end operations for the lending sales channel, including DSAs and outcall agents
-Set up and track sales targets, monitor funnel health, and drive performance across partners
-Own the reporting cadence—build dashboards, track KPIs, and present insights to leadership
-Work closely with internal teams (sales, risk, legal, compliance) to ensure smooth ops
-Onboard and train new DSAs and outcall agents on product, processes, and tools
-Identify process gaps and run ops-led initiatives to improve productivity and conversion

What We’re Looking For:
-4–7 years of experience in sales operations / channel management / inside sales ops
-Strong analytical skills—comfortable working with Excel, SQL, and dashboards
-Hands-on experience managing DSAs, telesales, or outbound sales channels
-Self-starter with a bias for action and ability to work across multiple teams
-Excellent communication and people management skills
-Prior experience in fintech, lending, or BFSI is a strong plus

This is a five days work from office and we are in Brookfield, Bengaluru.
