Operations Manager

The Operations Manager will oversee the day-to-day operational activities of the company, ensuring systems, processes, and workflows support business objectives. This role will lead cross-functional teams, optimize performance, manage budgets, implement strategic initiatives, and support senior leadership with reporting and forecasting. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment and is both a strong leader and a hands-on problem solver.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily business operations and ensure optimal efficiency across departments.
• Analyze workflows and develop strategies to improve productivity, quality, and service delivery.
• Collaborate with department heads to align operational goals with company strategy.
• Manage vendor relationships and oversee procurement and inventory functions.
• Ensure compliance with all applicable laws, regulations, and internal policies.
• Lead and mentor operational staff; promote a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.
• Prepare operational reports for executive leadership and assist in budgeting and forecasting.
• Identify and mitigate operational risks and resolve internal and external challenges.

Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field
• Proven leadership experience with cross-functional teams
• Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and operations/project management tools (e.g., Asana, Trello, Monday.com, ERP systems)
