TemperaturePro is seeking a talented Product Designer to join their team. This role involves close collaboration with product managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to design intuitive, engaging, and user-centered digital products. The designer will manage the full design lifecycle, from user research and ideation to prototyping and final execution. Key responsibilities include conducting user research, creating wireframes and prototypes, developing design systems, and iterating designs based on feedback. Candidates should have proven experience, a strong portfolio, proficiency in design tools like Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, and a solid understanding of UX/UI principles.

Must Have:

Conduct user research and gather insights to inform design decisions.
Create wireframes, mockups, and interactive prototypes to communicate design concepts.
Develop and maintain a consistent design system and style guide.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless product implementation.
Iterate designs based on user feedback and analytics.
Stay updated on design trends, tools, and best practices.
Proven experience as a Product Designer or similar role.
Strong portfolio showcasing user-centered design solutions.
Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or similar.
Solid understanding of UX/UI principles and best practices.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
