TemperaturePro is seeking a strategic and data-driven Growth Lead to spearhead customer acquisition, retention, and revenue growth. The role involves developing and executing comprehensive growth plans across acquisition, activation, retention, referral, and revenue, collaborating with cross-functional teams, analyzing user behavior and market trends, and driving customer segmentation and personalization to enhance brand interaction and lifetime value. The lead will also manage and mentor a growth team, fostering innovation and continuous improvement.

Must Have:
  • Make and carry out detailed plans for growth in all areas, such as acquisition, activation, retention, referral, and revenue.
  • Work with teams from marketing, product, sales, and engineering to make sure that growth plans are in line with business goals.
  • Look at how users act, what the market is doing, and how well your campaigns are doing to find ways to grow and make them better.
  • Push for customer segmentation and personalization to get more people to interact with your brand and increase its lifetime value.
  • Lead and coach a growth team, encouraging a culture of new ideas and constant improvement.
  • Keep stakeholders up to date on growth performance, insights, and key metrics on a regular basis.
  • At least two years of proven experience in growth marketing, growth hacking, or a similar field.
  • Experience managing projects and leading teams from different departments.
  • Proven ability to bring in new users and increase revenue.
  • The ability to think outside the box and try new things.
  • Great at talking to people and being a leader.

We are looking for a Growth Lead who is both strategic and data-driven to lead our efforts to get new customers, keep current ones, and grow our revenue. The best candidate will be able to use both analytical skills and creative thinking to come up with and carry out growth plans that will help our business grow.

Main Duties:

Requirements:
