Azar Product Design Team
Azar Product Designers contribute to innovating user experience and creating business impact.
They lead projects from conception to implementation, taking on the role of setting new directions in the industry with creative and logical designs targeting the global market.
Responsibilities
- Perform product design tasks according to studio roadmap and squad initiatives.
- Set UX improvement directions based on user research, data analysis, and A/B test results.
- Lead the product design process from user problem definition to solution derivation.
- Design UX/UI and manage visual completeness to enhance the service's global user experience.
- Cross-functional collaboration (PM, DEV, DA, etc.) to achieve product goals and business KPIs.
- Participate in the continuous improvement of the design system and component management.
Requirements
- Experience leading projects and creating high-quality results through collaboration with various stakeholders.
- User-centered design thinking and data-driven problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in design tools (Figma, Protopie, etc.).
- Design communication and collaboration skills based on clear logic and evidence.
Preferred
- Fluent English communication.

- Interview Guide: The interview includes a working interview where you solve a task together during the interview. The working interview will involve a task related to the Azar product, and we recommend you use the Azar app sufficiently before attending.
