About the Role
The , 2W is responsible for leading product management for all EV motorcycle software products. You will create and drive the vision for the future EV software platforms which run vehicles built by the #1 motorcycle manufacturer in the world. This role reports to the President of our .
What You Will Do
- Build products that are central to people’s lives, backed by one of the strongest brands on the planet.
- Create the vision and strategy for software products related to EV motorcycles.
- Lead, mentor, and grow the product management team.
- Oversee the entire product life cycle from conception to launch to growth.
- Work cross-functionally with leaders of hardware and software teams to create industry defining motorcycle products sold globally.
- Occasional international travel to markets our products are sold in.
What We Are Looking For
- 7+ years of product management experience in Agile environments with at least 2 years managing teams of PMs.
- Native-level proficiency in Japanese and fluent proficiency in English, enabling effective communication and cross-functional collaboration.
- Track record of successfully launching and growing consumer-facing software products.
- Customer-centric, UX obsessed, and strategic.
- A flexible attitude and entrepreneurial mindset. Be willing to do what it takes, even if it's outside of your usual responsibility area.
