Job Description

The Communications Team at Hyperconnect plans and executes internal and external communication and event strategies to achieve the company's mission. They strengthen Hyperconnect's service and corporate brand by leading diverse communications with key stakeholders and internal members, including media. They plan, develop, and manage messages and content for various channels, such as press releases, feature articles, and interviews. The team also collaborates closely with marketing and product teams to drive active internal and external branding activities, fostering a culture of growth and opportunity in a global startup environment.

Must Have:
  • Plan, write, and manage publicity materials and various company promotional content such as press releases, feature articles, and company introductions.
  • Plan and successfully execute internal and CSR-related events.
  • Proactively perform various projects and new tasks related to corporate reputation management and overall internal/external communication.
  • Establish and execute service, brand, and corporate culture message strategies based on trend analysis and key message discovery.
  • Manage content for corporate promotion channels such as websites and digital media.

Communications Team

The Communications Team plans and executes internal and external communication and event strategies to achieve Hyperconnect's mission. To strengthen Hyperconnect's service and corporate brand, we lead various communications across all aspects of communication between key stakeholders, including the media, and internal members. We plan, develop, and manage messages and content suitable for the nature and purpose of each channel, including various publicity materials such as press releases, feature articles, and interviews. We also actively collaborate with various internal teams such as marketing and product to lead proactive internal and external branding activities. Hyperconnect's Communications Team is a team where communication experts can grow in a global environment with a startup DNA, aiming for a culture of proactively creating and expanding opportunities and growing together.

Responsibilities

  • Planning, writing, and managing various publicity and company promotional content such as press releases, feature articles, and company introductions.
  • Planning and conducting internal and CSR-related events.
  • Proactively performing various projects and new tasks related to corporate reputation management and overall internal/external communication.
  • Establishing and executing service, brand, and corporate culture message strategies based on trend analysis and key message discovery.
  • Managing content for corporate promotion channels such as websites and digital media.

Requirements

  • Those with more than 5 years of relevant experience.
  • Those with public relations strategy planning and content/material writing skills.
  • Those with experience in directly planning and successfully executing internal and external events.
  • Those with a positive mindset who perform self-directed work and wish to grow through work expansion.
  • Those who can lead domestic and international agencies and foster positive and smooth communication with an active and cooperative attitude when collaborating with various internal departments.
  • Those with a sense of responsibility and challenge to consider new perspectives and produce the best results when tasks arise.
  • Those with a sensitive eye for trends and the ability to discover fresh content.
  • Those who can work efficiently without burden in a multi-tasking environment.
  • Those with a high level of work detail.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Those with experience in shooting press photos and producing video content.
