Job Summary
The Regional Product Manager at Wargaming in Tokyo will develop the product publishing vision for the APAC region. This role acts as a key liaison between APAC publishing and product groups, ensuring the successful execution of the product roadmap. Responsibilities include defining regional plans, leading stakeholder discussions, executing publishing strategy for retention, engagement, and monetization, and providing market insights through performance analysis.
Must Have
- Act as the main regional liaison between APAC publishing and product groups to align with strategic goals
- Define and implement regional plans to support product features and content releases
- Lead the discussions with various stakeholders and contribute to regional product roadmap
- Execute the publishing strategy to achieve product business goals focusing on retention, engagement, and monetization
- Provide market insights and local expertise for regional planning
- Conduct in-depth product performance analysis and share the recommendations input into both the regional and global teams
- At least 8 years’ experience as a Product Manager or in the gaming industry with released online/multiplayer casual, mid-core, or hybrid-casual games with predominantly in-game monetization
- Fluent in Japanese and English
- Strong analytical, planning, and project management skills
- Proven ability to manage regional and global stakeholders

- Familiarities in Wargaming products
- Experience in mobile games or mobile-based platforms
- Ability to manage diversity effectively and equally / regional experience

What will you do?
- Act as the main regional liaison between APAC publishing and product groups to align with strategic goals
- Define and implement regional plans to support product features and content releases
- Lead the discussions with various stakeholders and contribute to regional product roadmap including regional product roadmap
- Execute the publishing strategy to achieve product business goals focusing on retention, engagement, and monetization
- Provide market insights and local expertise for regional planning
- Conduct in-depth product performance analysis and share the recommendations input into both the regional and global teams
What are we looking for?
- At least 8 years’ experience as a Product Manager or in the gaming industry with released online/multiplayer casual, mid-core, or hybrid-casual games with predominantly in-game monetization
