Job Description

As a Powerxlex Ops Manager, you will be responsible for managing a team of Technical Support Engineers in an international environment. Your core responsibilities include direct administration and control of day-to-day operations, ensuring compliance with company guidelines, understanding business objectives, and setting clear team goals. You will also promote process improvement and strategic/tactical planning, and conduct performance reviews and team-building activities. The role requires proven experience as a team leader or front-line manager for a technical team and in-depth knowledge of performance metrics such as NPS and CSAT. The role requires proven credentials in an international technical support environment.
Must have:
  • Proven experience as a Team Leader/Front Line Manager.
  • In-depth knowledge of Performance Metrics/NPS/CSAT.

Core Responsibilities:

  • Managing Team of Technical Support Engineers
  • Direct, administer and control day to day operations
  • Ensure compliance with established company and regulatory guidelines and procedures in order to provide high quality service and extraordinary customer experience
  • Understand Business Objectives and Set Clear Team Goals
  • Promote process improvement and strategic/tactical planning
  • Conduct One on Ones, Team Building activities and Performance Reviews

Requirements:

  • Proven Work Experience as a Team Leader/Front Line Manager for a Technical Team
  • In-Depth Knowledge of Performance Metrics/NPS/CSAT
