Job Description

This role involves providing third-party retirement plan administrative and consultative services to various stakeholders including plan sponsors and participants. Key responsibilities include establishing, maintaining, and managing retirement plans, developing policies, preparing filings, and ensuring accurate IRS reporting. The Senior Associate will oversee day-to-day administration, covering plan design, amendments, transactions, compliance testing, auditing, and recordkeeping, applying developed knowledge to support operations with moderate supervision.
Must Have:

  • Establish, maintain, and manage retirement plans.
  • Produce policies and procedures for third-party administration.
  • Prepare filings and ensure accurate and timely IRS reporting and recordkeeping.
  • Perform and oversee day-to-day retirement plan administration (e.g., plan design, amendments, transactions, compliance testing, auditing, conversions).
  • Apply developed knowledge and job skills, following company policies.
  • Understand when to deviate from standard practice.
  • Minimally requires a high school degree and 1 year of related experience.
