Job Description

We are seeking a Paid Media Coordinator to manage internal and client paid media campaigns, primarily on Google Ads Manager, but also across other advertising platforms. The role involves an A-Z process from strategy creation, client proposals, campaign setup, optimization, and performance reporting. The successful candidate will interact with various stakeholders, manage diverse responsibilities, and demonstrate strong organizational skills and attention to detail, working with major kids and family brands.
Must have:
  • Coordinate client strategy, manage & optimise campaigns, report into clients & colleagues.
  • Reach performance targets for allocated accounts, ensuring the best ROI across paid social.
  • Strategise investment for internal campaigns promoting Moonbug events, new releases, and brands across paid social.
  • Present these findings to internal teams regularly, highlighting strengths and limitations of paid media strategy.
  • Ongoing campaign optimisation: adjust targeting & refresh creative.
  • Regularly check account performance & budget utilisation.
  • Deliver regular reports and analysis to clients and internal stakeholders, showing campaign results and key trends.
  • Liaise with the commercial team for reporting deliverables, post-campaign reports, and weekly client updates.
  • Stay updated on advertising innovations, informing clients and colleagues of best practices.

The Role:

We are seeking a Paid Media Coordinator to manage internal and client paid media campaigns, primarily on Google Ads Manager, but also across other advertising platforms. The role will involve the evangelisation of Paid Media campaigns. This will be an A-Z process, starting from creating campaign strategies, sending proposals to clients and internal teams, campaign set up, optimising and ensuring the smooth running of campaigns day-to-day, as well as reporting on its performance. You will be working with some of the biggest brands in the kids and family space. You will be based in our London office handling the UK and EMEA based campaigns and work closely with our team in Los Angeles.

The successful candidate will enjoy interacting with different stakeholders (client, commercial, channel managers), be able to adapt to and manage new tasks as they arise, as well as juggle multiple and diverse responsibilities, with a strong emphasis on organisation and meticulous attention to detail. The individual will be a team player as well as being able to handle tasks independently and take the opportunity to self-learn. This is a demanding and fast-paced role with growth potential that requires curiosity and significant initiative.

Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate client strategy, manage & optimise campaigns, report into clients & colleagues.
  • Reach performance targets for allocated accounts, ensuring the best ROI across paid social.
  • Strategise investment opportunities for internal campaigns to help promote Moonbug events, new releases and our brands across paid social platforms. Present these findings to internal teams regularly, highlighting the strengths and limitations of the paid media strategy.
  • Ongoing campaign optimisation adjust targeting & refresh creative.
  • Regularly check account performance & budget utilisation.
  • Deliver regular reports & analysis to clients & internal stakeholders, showing campaign results & highlighting key trends.
  • Leasing with the commercial team for any reporting deliverables, working on post-campaign-reports, sending weekly updates to clients where required.
  • Keep abreast of latest innovations within the advertising space, informing clients & colleagues of updated "best practices".

Requirements

  • Experience of working with Google Ads, Meta Ads or Google Ads Manager is desired but not a requirement.
  • Basic marketing knowledge.
  • Comfortable with using Excel and Powerpoint.
  • Comfortable presenting campaign performance on calls and in person.
  • Basic data analysis skills.
  • Basic understanding of social and YouTube campaign management.
