Bookkeeping to prop up our growing startup: Maintain and update financial records, including bills, invoices, bank transactions, and customer payments using NetSuite and QuickBooks.

Rolling up in your financial reporting: You’re the owner of the accounting functions here. You’ll take pride in preparing monthly reconciliations and summary reports for leadership to make sound judgements.

Process improvement and Accuracy: A real chance for you to optimize applied business process, helping us refine bookkeeping processes and flag inconsistencies, discrepancies, or areas for improvement.

As PassiveLogic grows, your contributions will directly support our ability to scale cleanly, report confidently, and deploy capital intelligently. You'll work in a fun, dynamic team that values your work and expects you to bring your best daily.
