At Flexera, we help organizations realize technology value faster. Through industry-leading IT visibility and optimization solutions, we enable companies to maximize ROI and minimize risk across on-prem, SaaS, and cloud environments.

As we expand our global footprint, partners play a critical role in driving customer value, delivering key solutions, and accelerating our go-to-market impact. As this ecosystem grows, so does the need for consistent, high-quality operational support that allows our partners to move quickly and effectively.

The Partner Development Center (PDC) plays a critical role in making that possible. This team is focused on enabling partner success at scale by centralizing and executing key operational workflows that support our partners to realize the value of our partnership at each step of their journey — from onboarding and enablement to deal execution and growth.

By owning and continuously optimizing these workflows, the PDC ensures our Partner Business Managers and ecosystem teams can focus on strategic growth while partners receive responsive, seamless support. The PDC is foundational to how we build a repeatable, scalable, and partner-centric operating model.

What You’ll Do

As a PDC Specialist, you will support the success and scalability of Flexera’s partner ecosystem by managing and continuously improving core operational workflows. Your work will directly impact partner experience, speed to engagement, and internal efficiency.

You will:

  • Handle new partner requests and onboarding workflows

Manage the end-to-end setup process for new partners, including account creation, portal access, and enablement milestone tracking.

  • Support deal execution and pipeline hygiene

Process and maintain partner deal registrations, renew expired submissions, and ensure data integrity through accurate partner tagging and naming conventions.

  • Coordinate partner enablement and program requests

Own the intake and follow-up of Training, Marketing, and Resource (TMR) requests, ensuring alignment across internal teams for timely delivery.

  • Manage partner inquiries and operational support

Act as a point of coordination for partner questions related to pricing, training status, certifications, and partner tools (e.g., portal, partner locator).

  • Support agreement and license operations

Process Not-for-Resale (NFR) license requests and renewals, and manage simple change requests related to partner agreements or profile updates.

Requirements:

  • 3 years of experience in partner operations, sales support, or channel management (ideally in tech/SaaS)
  • Solid project and case management skills
  • Comfortable working with systems (e.g., Salesforce, PRMs) and large datasets
  • Excellent organizational skills and strong attention to detail
  • Strong communication skills and a collaborative, solution-oriented mindset
  • Fluent in English; other languages a plus
