Job Description

SmartBear is seeking a Partner Marketing Manager to lead demand generation campaigns with Atlassian Solution Partners. This role involves collaborating with the Atlassian Marketplace Team, partner sales/marketing teams, and global SIs to deliver high-impact co-marketing programs that build pipeline and accelerate growth. The manager will launch joint demand-gen campaigns, coordinate with internal teams, manage MDF, measure ROI, and build strong relationships with partners.
Must have:
  • Launch joint demand-gen campaigns (webinars, social, content, email, events, Google Ads).
  • Coordinate internally with Partner Sales, Product, and Marketing teams.
  • Manage MDF and measure ROI from partner-led programs.
  • Build strong relationships with Atlassian Solution Partners and SIs.
  • 5+ years in partner or demand-gen marketing (B2B SaaS).
  • Proven success driving co-marketing motions with solution partners/SIs globally.
  • Experience in integrated campaigns (webinars, social, paid, events).
  • Strong project management and a data-driven approach.
