As we expand, we're​ ​looking for​ ​a ​detail-oriented and efficient Support & Compliance Agent to join our great team! In this role, you will be crucial in ensuring the smooth and accurate processing of player financial transactions and identity verification.

Responsibilities

• Process player financial requests accurately and efficiently.
• Manage repetitive operational tasks.
• Handle Know Your Customer (KYC) requests, including document review.
• Maintain detailed records of transactions and KYC & Identify and escalate process discrepancies.
