Play Perfect is a rapidly expanding mobile gaming company recognized for entertaining millions of users globally, with its headquarters in Tel Aviv. The company is committed to delivering immersive gaming experiences that engage players on a profound level. As a fast-growing entity, Play Perfect seeks a Senior Marketing Data Analyst to enhance its marketing analytics capabilities. This role involves collaborating with diverse teams to facilitate data-driven decision-making, uncover key insights, and optimize marketing performance across various scales. The position requires proficiency in advanced statistical analysis and dashboarding tools to support the company's growth through informed strategic choices. Responsibilities include defining and analyzing crucial success metrics, developing advanced BI reports for actionable insights (such as LTV and ROI forecasting), conducting in-depth analyses of marketing trends, user acquisition, and engagement to identify growth opportunities, and working with game analytics teams to improve player experience and retention. The analyst will also present data-driven findings and strategic recommendations to senior leadership and design, execute, and analyze A/B tests.
Good To Have:
  • Experience with DBT
  • Experience with mobile measurement partners (Appsflyer)
  • Experience with Tableau, QlikView, or Looker
  • Experience with GCP
  • Scripting capabilities with Python
Must Have:
  • 4+ years of experience in data analysis in gaming
  • 3+ years of experience in SQL
  • Experience translating data into actionable insights using BI tools
  • BA/BSC degree in a quantitative field

 As we expand, we're looking for a Senior Marketing Data Analyst to join our great team.

As a Senior Marketing Data Analyst, you will lead the analytics of the company’s marketing department. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to drive data-driven decisions, uncover insights, and improve marketing performance at scale. You will be using advanced statistical analysis techniques and dashboarding tools. You will help us make smart, data-driven decisions, and support the company's growth.  

Responsibilities: 

  • Define, track, and analyze key success metrics to measure the impact of marketing activities and optimize performance.
  • Design and implement advanced BI reports and features to generate actionable insights (e.g., LTV, ROI forecasting, automation).
  • Conduct deep-dive analyses on marketing trends, user acquisition, and engagement to uncover growth opportunities.
  • Collaborate with the game analytics team and studios to refine player experience and maximize retention.
  • Present data-driven findings and strategic recommendations to senior leadership, influencing key business decisions.
  • Design, execute, and analyze A/B tests to support data-driven decision-making and recommend accordingly
  • Define analytics and table schemes for marketing.
  • Build dashboards and monitor important marketing KPIs.

Requirements

  • 4+ years of experience in data analysis in gaming (or a similar data-driven environment).
  • 3+ years of experience in SQL (DBT- advantage).
  • BA/BSC degree in Economics, statistics, industrial engineering, mathematics, or any other quantitative field.
  • Experience working with mobile measurement partners (Appsflyer - strong advantage).
  • Proven ability to translate data into actionable insights using BI tools (e.g. Tableau, QlikView, Looker, etc. Looker- advantage).
  • Experience working with GCP - advantage 
  • Scripting capabilities with Python - advantage
