The Payroll Analyst (II) will be responsible for processing end-to-end payroll, ensuring accuracy and timeliness, and verifying payroll inputs including bonuses and deductions. This role involves addressing employee inquiries, collaborating with HR for data management in Workday, and participating in payroll audits. The analyst will also process off-cycle payments, ensure net pay funding accuracy, and work with vendors on wage assignments. Maintaining confidentiality and staying updated on payroll laws are crucial. A Bachelor's degree and at least 2 years of experience with Polish/Serbian payroll using Workday are preferred, along with intermediate Excel skills and proficiency in payroll/HR software.
