As a Performance Consultant, you are the connecting link between our digital specialists and clients. Within a client team, you are responsible for the strategic and operational planning and optimization of digital media campaigns. You analyze data, spot opportunities, and translate insights into concrete improvements that directly contribute to the client's results.
Together with the team, you investigate the exact question behind the briefing and the associated media strategy. From your tactical frameworks, you direct specialists to arrive at an integrated digital advice - advice that leads to effective, qualitative campaigns that seamlessly align with the client's objectives.
In addition, you are a substantive sparring partner for experts in SEA, Programmatic, Social, and Retail Media, and you know how to challenge them on content, effectiveness, and innovation. You monitor the quality of reports and ensure that they not only provide insight but also determine direction. You are curious, critical, and always looking for a win-win for both client and team.
