A Direct Support Professional (DSP) caregiver provides direct support, positive direction, instruction, and assistance to individuals with mental, intellectual & developmental, and physical disabilities. The role focuses on empowering individuals to live as independently and comfortably as possible, ensuring their dignity and respect. Must Have:
  • Provide hands-on assistance, encouragement, mentoring, and guidance.
  • Ensure the comfort, safety, and personal growth of the individuals served.
  • Assist with daily living tasks such as moving, dressing, bathing, toileting, and personal hygiene.
  • Be person-centered, patient, and kind.
  • Be dependable, adaptable, and flexible.
  • Be observant and detail-oriented.
  • Be a positive role-model for others and able to work on a team.
  • Be committed to creating a respectful and collaborative environment.
  • Possess computer skills for documentation.
  • Be 18 years or older.

Schedule: Part-time, including weekend hours

Wage: $16.50-$17.50/hr
