We are seeking a strategic and visionary leader to drive the Learning & Enablement initiatives across our AMER region, encompassing both the Enterprise Emerging and Industries business units. This pivotal role involves developing and executing a comprehensive enablement strategy aligned with business objectives. The leader will foster a culture of continuous learning, enhance the capabilities of field teams, partners, and customers, and lead a diverse team of enablement professionals. This includes designing and implementing innovative learning programs and collaborating cross-functionally with Sales, Field Engineering, Marketing, and Product teams to ensure cohesive and effective enablement.

Must Have:
  • Develop and execute a comprehensive enablement strategy tailored to the unique needs of the Enterprise Emerging and Industries BUs within the AMER region.
  • Lead and mentor a diverse team of enablement professionals, ensuring alignment with regional goals and fostering professional growth.
  • Partner with Sales, Field Engineering, Marketing, and Product teams to ensure cohesive and effective enablement programs.
  • Design and implement innovative learning programs that cater to various audiences, including internal teams, partners, and customers.
  • 10+ years of experience in Learning & Development, Sales Enablement, or a related field, with a focus on technology or SaaS environments.
  • Proven track record of leading large, cross-functional teams and managing complex projects.
  • Strong understanding of the AMER market dynamics, especially within the Enterprise Emerging and Industries sectors.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
  • Experience with modern learning technologies and methodologies.

Pay Range Transparency

The pay range(s) for this role is listed below and represents the expected salary range for non-commissionable roles or on-target earnings for commissionable roles.  Actual compensation packages are based on several factors that are unique to each candidate, including but not limited to job-related skills, depth of experience, relevant certifications and training, and specific work location. Based on the factors above, anticipates utilizing the full width of the range. The total compensation package for this position may also include eligibility for annual performance bonus, equity, and the benefits listed above.
