The Performance Marketer (Ads) at Qoo10 Japan analyzes funnel performance for major digital media ads (Google, Meta, etc.) and executes strategies to improve metrics. This role involves planning and operating omnichannel performance campaigns across the platform, reflecting retail media trends, and refining segmentation strategies through systematic metric analysis. The marketer will also collaborate with relevant departments to derive and implement creative advertising ideas, leading to increased brand awareness and sales.
Must have:
  • At least 3 years of experience in performance marketing or retail media marketing.
  • Extensive experience in campaign and strategy planning for major digital media advertising (Google Ads, Meta Ads, etc.).
  • Rich experience in performance analysis and insight derivation using various data tools (Google Analytics, Amplitude, etc.).
  • Ability to try various methods to achieve marketing goals and implement optimal solutions.
Good to have:
  • Experience in the domestic and international e-commerce industry or advertising agency experience.
  • Ability to collaborate with various related teams (development team, sales team, etc.) based on smooth communication skills.
  • Business level Japanese language proficiency.
