ABOUT THE ROLE

LeoVegas is seeking a strategic and results-driven Performance Marketing Director to lead our high-performing central team. In this pivotal role, you will shape and deliver innovative digital strategies that strengthen our brand presence, expand our customer base, and reinforce our position as a leader in the iGaming industry.

Based at our Malta HQ, you will collaborate with and lead cross-functional teams across Europe, driving impactful campaigns and ensuring excellence, consistency, and performance across all digital marketing channels.

YOU WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR:

• Developing and executing a comprehensive marketing strategy that aligns with LeoVegas’ growth targets and brand identity.
• Defining, tracking, and optimising key performance indicators across all marketing channels, using data and insights to drive decision-making and maximise efficiency and ROI.
• Building long-term acquisition and departmental strategies based on performance data, market trends, customer behaviours, and forecasting models, ensuring LeoVegas remains ahead of industry movements and capitalises on growth opportunities.
• Leading a high-performing marketing team, fostering innovation, collaboration, and excellence.
• Overseeing all aspects of marketing, including digital acquisition SEO, Paid Media, and Affiliation to maximise ROI.
• Managing large-scale marketing budgets and ensuring efficient allocation of resources across markets and channels.
• Collaborating closely with Product, Commercial, Compliance and Data Analytics teams to ensure data-driven decisions and cohesive campaigns.
• Driving brand consistency across all touchpoints and ensuring compliance with local and international regulations.
• Identifying market trends and opportunities, continuously optimising campaign performance through testing and insights.
• Acting as a key representative of LeoVegas’ brand internally and externally, including managing agency and media partner relationships.

OUR SUCCESSFUL CANDIDATE WILL HAVE THE FOLLOWING:

• Proven experience in a senior marketing leadership role, ideally within the iGaming industry.
• Strong strategic and analytical mindset with a track record of delivering measurable marketing success.
• Exceptional leadership skills, with experience managing and mentoring diverse marketing teams.
• Deep understanding of digital marketing channels including PPC, SEO, Programmatic, Affiliates, and Paid Social.
• Experience in brand development and performance marketing across multiple European markets.
• Ability to balance creative thinking with commercial acumen.
• Excellent communication skills in English; additional European languages are a plus.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, data-driven, and highly regulated environment.
