Job Description

PlayStation is seeking a Data Engineer to work on AI-powered graphics for games. You'll collaborate with partners to create data for AI development, analyze existing data to improve AI model training, and have experience in C++ software development and Unreal Engine.

Must have:

C++ Development

ゲームエンジンを改良し、AI開発に必要なデータを作成する
社外パートナーと協業し、AI開発に必要なCGアセットを制作する
保有するデータを分析し、AIモデルの学習データを改善する

PlayStation向けに、AI技術の応用研究・開発をしている15名程度のチームです。

R&D組織に所属し、将来の製品やサービスに向けた研究から、現行の製品に向けた開発まで幅広いAI関連のプロジェクトを担当しています。
近年ビデオゲーム業界全体でAI技術を製品に応用する機運が高まっています。

SIEもAI技術の開発に力を入れており、最も重要な取り組みのひとつである「データの作成」を通じて、PlayStationへのグラフィックス関連AI技術応用にチャレンジいただける方を募集します。
当チームはグローバルな組織であり、様々なバックグラウンドを持つメンバーとのコミュニケーション・開発を通じて、グローバル水準の開発経験を積むことができます。

また、R&D組織として個々のメンバーがアイディアを発信しやすい環境づくりにも力を入れています。

AI開発におけるデータ作成に関する提案をお待ちしております。
これらの環境を最大限活用し、一緒に新しいエンターテインメントを創造していきましょう。

【必須（MUST）】

C++によるソフトウェア開発スキル
Unreal Engineなどのゲームエンジンを使った開発経験 (年数問わず)

リアルタイム3Dグラフィックスパイプラインに関する知識
画像処理に関する知識
ゲームエンジンの開発経験 (年数問わず)
グラフィックスAPIの使用、グラフィックスアプリケーションの開発経験 (年数問わず)

ゲームエンジンやゲーム開発の知識と経験を、AI技術の開発に活かしたい方
AI技術を製品に応用することにチャレンジしたい方

■語学力 / Language Skills

【英語】

英語での読み書きが可能であること

【日本語】

ビジネスレベルの日本語力（日本語能力試験N1またはそれと同等以上）
