Must have:
  • Lead the development and implementation of enterprise architecture strategies, standards, and roadmaps
  • Collaborate with business and technology leaders to understand business needs and translate them into technology solutions
  • Evaluate emerging technologies and industry trends to identify opportunities for innovation
  • Provide technical leadership and mentoring to development teams
  • Create and maintain enterprise architecture artifacts including models, diagrams, and documentation
  • Establish governance processes to ensure technology solutions align with enterprise architecture standards
  • Partner with security teams to ensure architecture meets security and compliance requirements
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key technology vendors and partners
Good to have:
  • Strong understanding of enterprise architecture frameworks (TOGAF, Zachman)
  • Excellent communication skills with ability to translate complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences
  • Strategic thinking with ability to balance short-term needs with long-term vision
  • Experience with microservices architecture and containerization technologies
  • Knowledge of data architecture principles and practices
  • Familiarity with DevOps practices and tools
  • Strong leadership skills with ability to influence without direct authority
  • Experience with digital transformation initiatives
  • Ability to work effectively in a collaborative, team-oriented environment

WHAT YOU'LL DO:

  • Lead the development and implementation of enterprise architecture strategies, standards, and roadmaps
  • Collaborate with business and technology leaders to understand business needs and translate them into technology solutions
  • Evaluate emerging technologies and industry trends to identify opportunities for innovation
  • Provide technical leadership and mentoring to development teams

WHAT YOU'LL NEED:

  • BS/BA in Computer Science, Information Technology or related field required
  • 10+ years of experience in enterprise architecture, software development, or related technical roles
  • Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP)
  • Experience with enterprise integration patterns and technologies

WHAT YOU'LL BRING:
