As a Principal Instructional Content Design Manager within the Content Strategy & Experience team, you will lead the creation of rich, multi-format content that helps customers understand, adopt, and succeed with our solutions. This strategic hands-on role blends instructional design, UX thinking, and information architecture to support both scalable documentation and intuitive support experiences.
You will shape the content design strategy for Customer Technical Success (CTS), delivering clear, accessible guidance through user guides, structured collections, videos, interactive help, and web-based experiences. You'll also set standards, enable content contributors through scalable frameworks, mentor peers, and help elevate the craft of content design across CTS.
