Job Summary
Job Description
The professional will be responsible for ensuring the set of process strategies for demands and control, taking care of task distributions and daily, weekly, and monthly task flows. Ensuring vacancy management flow, control, and checking of processes, ensuring data accuracy, information quality, correct execution of the vacancy procedural flow and guarantee of deliveries within deadlines designed within the flow by the R&S process. Control and checking of vacancies, correct migration of data and information from each stage of the process. Ensuring that KPIs are working, management of suppliers (supplier registration and homologation process), management of tools, participation in global meetings, contact and guarantee of technical tools such as WD, ensuring that the platform is fully operational. Support in training material for the RPO team and maintenance of policies. This role involves working under pressure, having emotional intelligence, excellent organizational skills, an analytical profile, good communication and influence, a mature posture, a flexible profile and good adaptability.
Must have:
- Completed education in Administration, various engineering fields, HR, Psychology, and related areas.
- Advanced Excel knowledge.
- Intermediate English.
Good to have:
- Power BI

Tarefas do dia a dia:
Profissional será responsável pela garantia do conjunto de estratégias de processos de demandas e controle, cuidando das distribuições de tarefas e fluxos de tarefas diárias, semanais e mensais. Garantir fluxo de gestão de vaga, controle e conferencia dos processos, garantindo a curacidade dos dados, qualidade da informação, execução correta do fluxo processual de vagas e garantia das entregas em prazos desenhados dentro do fluxo pelos processo de R&S. Controle e conferência de vagas, mirgação correta de dados e informações de cada etapa do processo. Garantir que os KPI estejam funcionando, gestão de fornecedores(processo de cadastro e homologação desses fornecedores), gestão de ferramentas, participar de reuniões globais, contato e garantia de ferramentas técnicas como o WD, garantir que a plataforma esteja em pleno funcionamento. Suporte em material de treinamento para o time de RPO e manutenção de políticas.
Pré-requisitos:
- Formação completo em Administração, engenharia diversas, RH, Psicologia e áreas correlatas;
- Conhecimento Excel avançado;
- Desejável Power Bi;
- Inglês intermediário.
