The Procure to Pay Operations Senior Analyst will be responsible for understanding and performing the Accounts Payable (AP) lead role, assisting AP processors with transaction processing issues, and supporting the AP Team Lead in supervising the AP processing team. The role involves actively seeking continuous improvement opportunities, ensuring compliance with policies and procedures, and escalating production issues. The analyst will also assist in creating and monitoring Performance Improvement Plans (PIPs) for team members, ensuring adherence to SLAs and metrics. The candidate will interact with peers within Accenture and may have interactions with clients or management.
