We’re currently seeking a Procurement Manager of Operations (Contract) for our client, a prestigious luxury hotel brand, located in Atlanta, GA. This is a 6-month contract position with the potential to extend, and the role offers a hybrid onsite work schedule.

Overview of the Opportunity:

In this role, you’ll join the Procurement’s Corporate Digital Strategy Team to help support the delivery of digital ecosystem elements that drive user-centricity, efficiency, value, and increased capability. As a key player on this team, you’ll work closely with various stakeholders to implement and manage digital solutions, ensuring successful onboarding and supplier adoption of Hotel Digital Strategy initiatives.

Responsibilities:

  • Partner with the client’s Hotel Supplier Team to work with the hotel properties suppliers for hotel vendors.
  • Support the onboarding of P2P Hotel Digital Solutions and the implementation of in-market Hotel Digital Strategy to enhance systems, capabilities, and efficiencies within Regional Procurement Programs.
  • Oversee supplier adoption and manage the onboarding process for the Regional Hotel Digital Solutions Catalogue.
  • Provide status updates on hotel onboarding, ensuring alignment with project timelines and stakeholder expectations.

Key Accountabilities:

  • Project and program management across digital initiatives.
  • Supplier management in collaboration with business stakeholders.
  • Communication of hotel onboarding status to internal teams and external partners.

  • Procurement Excellence Digital Team
  • Lifestyle Luxury Stakeholders: Finance, Operations

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business, or Supply Chain preferred.
  • Experience managing digital solutions, especially in Procurement (S2P systems).
  • Background in supporting supply chain or procurement operations, with knowledge of the end-to-end software configuration requirements for P2P systems and tools.
  • Prior experience in Hotel P2P implementation preferred, with a solid foundation in Supply Chain/Procurement.
  • Advanced knowledge of system architecture and data-to-business processes.
  • Must have strong project management skills, experience in property onboarding, supplier relationship management, and digital systems knowledge.

To qualify for our benefits package, candidates must work over 30 hours per week and meet a minimum assignment length of 10 weeks.
