We are looking for a Product Designer with hands-on experience in Pega-based platforms and API-driven ecosystems to join our Fraud and Scam Prevention team. In this role, you’ll help design secure, scalable, and user-friendly experiences that detect, prevent, and respond to fraudulent activity across digital channels.
Must have:
  • Design intuitive interfaces integrating with APIs and backend systems.
  • Translate complex business requirements into simple, functional design solutions.
  • Ensure design feasibility, scalability, and consistency with engineers.
  • Contribute to design system evolution, focusing on trust, clarity, accessibility.
  • Advocate for users via design reviews, testing, and feedback.
  • Proven experience designing for Pega applications (Case Management, Customer Service).
  • Solid understanding of API integration workflows and technical constraints.
  • Strong domain experience in Cards (Visa/Mastercard) and digital payments.
  • Portfolio showcasing user-centered problem-solving in enterprise/financial platforms.
  • Familiarity with agile methodologies and cross-functional product teams.
  • Excellent verbal, written, visual communication, and documentation practices.

Role Overview:

We are looking for a Product Designer with hands-on experience in Pega-based platforms and API-driven ecosystems to join our Fraud and Scam Prevention team. In this role, you’ll help design secure, scalable, and user-friendly experiences that detect, prevent, and respond to fraudulent activity across digital channels.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate closely with engineering teams to design intuitive interfaces that integrate with APIs and backend systems.
  • Translate complex business requirements into simple, clear, and functional design solutions.
  • Partner with engineers to ensure design feasibility, scalability, and consistency across platforms.
  • Continuously contribute to the evolution of our design system, with a focus on trust, clarity, and accessibility.
  • Advocate for the user by conducting design reviews, user testing, and gathering feedback to inform design decisions.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Proven experience designing for Pega applications, such as Pega Case Management or Pega Customer Service.
  • Solid understanding of API integration workflows and technical constraints.
  • Strong domain experience in Cards (Visa/Mastercard) and digital payments.
