Boston Health AI, A C10 Cohort Company, is seeking a Product Manager to lead the end-to-end development and delivery of Hami, an AI-powered healthcare platform integrating patient management, LLM-driven summaries, speech recognition, and multilingual capabilities. What you'll do:
- Collaborate with leadership to identify priorities and KPIs for MVP launch and subsequent releases.
- Clearly communicate the product’s evolution and value proposition to stakeholders and teams.
- Own and prioritize the product backlog with user stories, features, and epics aligned to Hami's goals.
- Define sprint goals and work closely with Scrum teams to deliver critical milestones.
- Maintain a release plan that balances short-term deliverables with long-term vision.
- Partner with UI/UX, LLM Engineers, Front-End Developers, and QA Teams to execute parallel workstreams effectively.
- Deliver consistent updates on project status, milestones, risks, and dependencies.
- Leverage analytics and user feedback to drive feature enhancements.
- Monitor performance metrics (accuracy, latency, engagement rates, etc.) to ensure the product meets quality standards.
- Identify areas for optimization, scalability, and AI performance improvements.
- Conduct competitive and market analysis to build internal vision to gain market domination and share.
Who you are:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Healthcare Informatics, or related field. MBA or Master's degrees are a plus.
- 5+ years of experience as a Product Manager, preferably in healthcare, AI-driven platforms, or SaaS products.
- Proven experience in managing AI/ML-powered applications and large-scale Agile projects.
- Strong understanding of LLMs, NLP (Natural Language Processing), and conversational AI concepts.
- Familiarity with healthcare workflows, SOAP notes, EMRs, and patient intake processes. Understanding of healthcare data compliance is a plus.
- Excellent skills in roadmap planning, backlog prioritization, and sprint execution.
- Ability to manage multiple cross-functional workstreams in parallel.
- Strong analytical skills and ability to leverage data-driven insights for decision-making.
- Ability to thrive in fast-paced, ambiguous environments.
