We are looking for a highly analytical and hands-on Engineering and Product Operations Engineer/Analyst to join our team. This role is critical in driving operational excellence across engineering and product teams by leveraging tools like Jira, Jira Product Discovery, Jellyfish, and Pendo. You will be responsible for gathering, interpreting, and correlating data from these systems to generate actionable insights that support efficient product development and timely releases aligned with our organizational roadmap.

Job Summary
The Product Manager plays a pivotal role within the organization, blending strategic foresight with a deep understanding of customer needs. Their responsibility spans the entire lifecycle of a product or feature, from inception through to its ongoing evolution. Their primary aim is to harmonize customer requirements with business objectives, clearly defining and articulating the criteria for success. They lead a cross functional stakeholder team in transforming this vision into tangible results, ensuring that products not only meet but exceed customer expectations.
Key Responsibilities
- Product Strategy: Develop and communicate a clear product vision for your product area aligned with company goals and market trends. Identify opportunities for product innovation and differentiation to maintain a competitive edge.
- Requirements Definition: Work closely with stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements, user needs, and use cases. Translate business requirements into actionable product specifications and user stories.
- Roadmap Planning: Define and prioritize product features and enhancements for your product area based on market research, customer feedback, and business objectives. Create product roadmaps and manage the backlog effectively.
- Product Development: Provide guidance and support to engineering teams throughout the development lifecycle, providing the team insight on the product vision, ensuring the team has a clear understanding of the initiative problem space, helping prioritize features, sharing stakeholder feedback with the team, and providing the team with insights around the product area usage, highlights, and challenges.
- Product Launch: Coordinate product launches and go-to-market strategies in collaboration with marketing and sales teams.
- Performance Monitoring: Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to measure the success of product initiatives. Monitor product performance, gather customer feedback, and iterate on features to drive continuous improvement.
- Market Analysis: Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies relevant to our product portfolio. Conduct market research and analysis to identify new opportunities and potential threats.
- Cross-functional Leadership: Lead and collaborate with cross-functional teams including engineering, design, marketing, customer success and sales to drive product strategy, development, and delivery. Foster a collaborative and high-performing team culture.
- Customer-Centric Approach: Champion the voice of the customer throughout product development, advocating for their needs and preferences. Translate customer insights into actionable strategies that drive product enhancements and differentiation. Engage in ongoing dialogue with customers through surveys, interviews, usability tests, and other research methods to deeply understand their needs, pain points, and preferences.
- Product Enablement: Assist with the development and implementation strategies for product enablement, including training programs, documentation libraries, and knowledge-sharing sessions, to empower internal teams, partners, and customers to effectively leverage our products and drive business success.
Technical Skills / Competencies
- Data-oriented, with proven ability to leverage analytics to inform product strategy and prioritize features

- Exceptional strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities, with a focus on identifying opportunities and mitigating risks
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to inspire and influence cross-functional teams and stakeholders

- Ability to switch seamlessly between creative and analytical thinking
Education & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in business, computer science, web development, or related field (or equivalent combination of education and relevant experience/training)
- 8+ yrs as experience in a SaaS or equivalent organization and 5+ years of Product Management experience working directly with customers to understand their problems
- Experience in an agile software development environment with a proven track record in successful product delivery
- Experience collaborating with customers, sales, customer success, support, professional services, security, marketing, and other teams at a high-growth SaaS technology company
- Experience directly or indirectly leading and influencing teams to solve complex problems
- Experience working in a multi-location environment across time zones
- Knowledge across multiple functional areas such as product management, engineering, UI, sales, customer support, or marketing
