CSIG explores the interactions between users and industries to create innovative solutions for smart industries via technological advancements such as cloud, AI, and network security. While driving the digitalization of retail, medical, education, transportation and other industries, CSIG helps companies serve users in smarter ways, building a new ecosystem of intelligent industries that connect users and businesses.

What the Role Entails

Responsible for product planning and operations of B2B (or B2G) platform products, delivering competitive product solutions to drive growth and achieve commercialization goals. Monitor industry ecosystems and competitor trends; formulate industry partnerships and go-to-market strategies by leveraging product strengths to enhance industry influence. Keep track of cloud computing trends; translate benchmark analysis and technical principles into practical product implementation. Build and optimize business data monitoring systems, IT support and customer service frameworks, as well as channel and marketing systems; continuously improve system architecture, operational efficiency, and cost structure to enhance sales conversion. Conduct business research and collect customer feedback; distill common requirements, set priorities, and drive ongoing solutions to sales or customer pain points.

Who We Look For

Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Artificial Intelligence, Big Data, or related fields. Passion for the internet and technology; enthusiasm for product planning, strong analytical and innovative thinking skills. Strong interpersonal skills and communication abilities; excellent execution to ensure successful delivery of requirements. Customer-oriented mindset; dedicated to understanding customer needs and willing to dive deep into their application scenarios. Resilient in the face of challenges and able to respond constructively to doubts or criticism.
