We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Product Operations Specialist to be a critical bridge between our clinical, operations, engineering, and design teams. In this role, you will be the voice of the clinician and operations, ensuring that our products meet their needs and improve workflows. You will play a key role in defining, developing, and launching new features, driving adoption, and maximizing their impact. You'll be a core member of the team, representing clinical and operational perspectives and ensuring our products deliver exceptional value.

  • 2+ years serving as the lead Product Manager in a multi-PM organization
  • Familiarity with data visualization techniques, healthcare operations and application of software in healthcare setting
  • Experience collaborating with software teams to define or refine product definitions
Must Have:
  • Partner with clinicians, design, and engineering to define clinical and operational requirements and use cases for new product features, balancing clinical impact with user experience and technical feasibility.
  • Define operational service level agreements and identify requirements to manage those SLAs.
  • Define success metrics and KPIs for new features.
  • Drive feature concept approvals across various stakeholders.
  • Manage expectations of a diverse group of internal and external collaborators, negotiating trade-offs and quickly resolving conflicts.
  • Drive alignment on multi-year vision, product roadmaps, and feature prioritization.
  • Provide implementation support for new features including testing, workflow development, training and launch
  • Leverage post-launch performance metrics and user feedback to inform product strategy and feature prioritization.
  • Suggest new features based on user feedback and market analysis.
  • Other project requirements as needed
  • Bachelor’s degree, preferably in engineering, science, business or equivalent field
  • 5+ years of experience building health products, or managing health operations, with at least 2 years of experience in Product Management
  • Consistent track record of defining successful feature concepts and driving product development from concept to launch
  • A keen eye for building user experiences that are delightful while delivering impact
  • Takes initiative, exhibits a high level of accountability, and makes sound decisions under uncertainty
  • Stellar interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and build consensus at all levels

At , base pay is one part of our total compensation package and is determined within a range. This provides the opportunity to progress as you grow and develop within a role. The base pay range for this role is between $141,800 and $213,700, and your base pay will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, and location.
