Job Description
Fugo is seeking a passionate Product Specialist to design engaging levels, obstacles, and fun gameplay experiences for mobile games. Responsibilities include designing and optimizing challenging levels, analyzing game data and player behavior to improve level design and progression, collaborating with the team to refine core mechanics and design new obstacles, designing game mechanics and testing ideas through data tracking, staying updated on market trends, and bringing fresh ideas to the game. The ideal candidate will possess a Bachelor's degree, strong analytical skills, a data-driven mindset, and a passion for game mechanics, level progression, and player engagement. Experience in game design or product management, preferably in casual/mobile games, is preferred. Proficiency with game analytics tools is essential. Excellent communication and problem-solving skills are also required.

We’re looking for a passionate Product Specialist who loves designing engaging levels & obstacles and shaping fun gameplay experiences.
What You'll Do:
- Designing and optimizing challenging yet fun levels.
- Analyzing game data and player behavior to improve level design and progression.
- Collaborating with other team members to refine core mechanics and design new obstacles.
- Designing game mechanics and testing ideas by tracking data.
- Staying updated on market trends and bringing fresh ideas to the game.
Desired Skills and Experience:
- Bachelor's Degree from a reputable university.
- Passion and knowledge about the mobile gaming industry and game mechanics.
- Experience in game design or product management, preferably in casual/mobile games.
- Strong analytical skills and a data-driven mindset.
